Doubt is a powerful thing and when hearing of Disney’s buying Marvel Entertainment for a hefty $4 billion, I was shocked and disturbed on what could result from two different type of industries combining (I know both crossover in areas of business to do with toys, films and such what, but generally speaking both are dominate in different areas). I consider the Disney Corporation to be evil, while Marvel Entertainment came across as the sort of business you could approach without fear of demonic forces taking your soul for a ride in the River of Hades (not sure if that’s right).

The Disney Corporation (a single entity of capitalist evil) have mentioned they won’t fiddle with the workings of their new plaything, but as mentioned, doubt is present on what the potential future may hold—the prospect of slow change in how the comics produced by Marvel may change, was at the front of the mind with a moment to take on the idea of how Wolverine might be turned into a child-friendly concept and lose the creditability of representing the violent animal of the Marvel Comic universe.

Imagine Mickey or Goofy taking over the role of Wolverine for a freak of a comic where Disney characters take over established characters—like Kingdom Hearts but freaky and unworkable even if they managed to something viable for a long-term profit….what the hell? Mickey Mouse as Cyclops, Minnie Mouse as Jean Grey, Goofy as Wolverine, and Donald Duck as…….Night Crawler….someone that fits his character. Well, it isn’t finding someone to fit Donald Duck of the Marvel Disney Universe of horrible crossovers, none of us expected to be faced with in our lifetime.

Seriously, who would’ve thought this would happen? Anyone will have to be honest on this realm of Disney promising they won’t interfere but in fact, they will at some point in the future to increase revenue. They own fucking Marvel Entertainment man! Who thinks that’s a good thing? I know I don’t. A whole independent being has been sucked into the vortex of evil by the super evil being itself—Disney: A Corporation you can trust with your money….once you spent it with them.

This is a sad day for Marvel and comics around the world.
