My friends came over to my house and saw my comics collections.They were suprised that i still have my junior days comics still new,well kept,glossy,shining,and pretty same as ever.They wondered how i have kept it well all these years..I just told them that,”it is because i love comics very much and would do anything to keep them spick and span clean”.

One of them,wanted to borrow some,i quickly retorted that,i’m very selfish in lending out my comics.He now reminded me that,it is even outdated to keep “trees”.I know asked him,want he meant by keeping trees,already i knew what he was saying,but just wanted him to say more..So,he said that keeping trees means:There are now online comic books found on the internet.I now told him,that i know about some comics books being made into online version and some now produced  or placed  on online.Maybe,i am sounding outdated,i sure know what i am driving at..

The making of online comics is not a bad idea,i quite agree with saving the trees and going green..But i must say,that having comics on paper,is an art things..It can never be the same..It is like having your family photo kept or stored in Album,and not in some digital devices..In album people see it and appreciates the family history.That also goes with having junior have all his early comics in some digital devices..It helps not junior to appreciate beauty,colour,relics,and art work..It makes the next generation,not to appreciate a visit to see art work in the museum,so having our comics in paper is still cool and a  noble artistic view of ourself..When we keep it well.It can sometimes remind you of your birthdays and important dates,because some where bought by our parents,when we did achieve something good,be it in school or sport.

Carrying your comics around to read,helps you to delve into the quiet and alone world of amusement and fun,jokes,thrillers and actions..Holding the fine glossy cover in your hand make you see and feel the importance of colours..Holding the comics,you are as well imbibing the thoughts and artistic ideas of the writers and artists..You feel the words,the picture describes and amazes you..It is not hindered by software interphase of the online comic books version..After reading all this fun,jokes,grenades wisecracks,you still want to keep it and pass it to your junior ones or your kids..

Having your comics on paper is the real thing!.It is for those that appreciate art and comic relief that makes us escape the pressure and social tensions of life..The paper comics and online version  must be or complement each other,   but campaign and unbridled effort,or technology savvy and crazy techy guys.should not obliterate it.It must go hand in hand,whichever you prefer..Saving trees or going green:We must work hard to plant more tress.For me any day any time i want my paper comic,for it is said that “Art is long life is short”
