Latest discovery of the Latte Art has promoted the coffee among the coffee lovers. The latte art says it all!

Coffee art has become one of the beautiful arts in recent times. The special beauty of the coffee lies in its taste as well as in its quality. But most importantly some of the coffee shops have discovered that the real beauty of the coffee lies in its presentation. The Barista have explored an art that helps to make their coffee unique and attractive. This kind of particular art is known as “Caffe Latte Art” and was first emerged in Italy and then slowly spread towards the whole globe. This art has promoted the exquisiteness and delicacy to the every sip you drink from the cup.

A proper training is required to learn the basic technique of pouring the milk in the hot cappuccino and make it beautiful and enchanting. Any coffee shop which is looking for promotion by clients should given advanced training to the Barista for different varieties of fancy art pours.

Some simple steps to make latte art:
Pour one cup of milk in the stem pitcher.
For best results the thermometer should be placed inside the pitcher.
The temperature should be around 175F.
Just below the surface of the milk the insert the steam wand crosswise, in order to create a rich froth for a perfect latte.
In order to make different patterns pour the milk into the bottom part of the cup, and roll it around the steam pitcher until it is smooth and shiny on the surface.
Finally pour this steam milk over the espresso carefully and finally a beautiful design or pattern on the espresso will be ready to serve.
