There’s no ugly, hideous, gruesome, or any negativity in art. There’s only beauty, elegance, unique-ness, and art. Why do sometimes someone says that a child’s drawing of a whale is ugly. That is wrong; terribly wrong. To say that a piece of art is beautiful or nice, is not just a way to make the artist happy and content, but it is the truth.

God created us to be different; to be special. By drawing, painting, and creating a form of art, nothing should be called ugly, but called beautiful and unique. No one in the whole world could make the same work of art, not with the same strokes, style and even the smallest of dots would never be the same. Once created, it cannot be copied exactly. So think about how special that piece of art is, if it couldn’t be created again. “If a flowerbed is filled with the same type of flowers, none would be the same.” Exactly same with art.

Another way to look at it is that its unique-ness. If you are in an art class and see someone drawing a face that looks like a watermelon, that’s some unique-ness! You don’t draw or paint like that, but he does! That’s why every piece of art and crafts should be loved and respected.

No one on earth would like anyone commenting and criticising their art in a negative way! Every piece of art is beautiful, every person in the world is special and unique in their own way and that should be respected. That’s the big idea of me writing this article.
