Who is Neville Hudson and Why in the World are You Writing About Him?

Sometimes, in life, we come across an ordinary person who is truly gifted and want to share his gift with others.

We meet all kinds of people each and every day. Sometimes you meet an ordinary person with an extra ordinary talent.  Neville Hudson is one of those people.

Neville Hudson is an Englishman and the great grandson of William Hollman Hunt the great pre Raphalite painter, whose paintings hang in many Universities throughout Britian. Some of this great man’s talent must have rubbed off on Neville. This quiet retired gentleman, who likes to play bowles, one day discovered he had a talent for painting.

Looking for a new hobby to keep him busy after his retirement, Nev decided to take a waterpainting class.

What began as a hobby, turned out to be in Neville’s own words “Quite addictive.”

Neville discovered he had a talent for painting, and soon what was a hobby became a source of income.

His work are in many homes, not just in England but five other countries as well, including the United States.

One of the reasons his paintings are in such high demand is the fact that he chooses appealing subjects, and has a wonderful sense of color.

These paintings sell  for less than you might think.  To purchase an original Neville Hudson work only costs the buyer $130.00 and that includes shipping and insurance.

Anyone wishing to purchase one of his many paintings can contact him at hudson91@hotmail.co.uk

I first met Neville through a penpal site and we have been corresponding for quite sometime.  When he first mentioned that he painted, I asked him to send me pictures of some of his work.

To be honest I did not expect much, as he downplayed his talent.  I was therefore surprised and amazed at the talent this man has.

At a time when most people, are retired, and sitting at home doing little, Neville has embarked on a whole new career.  I applaud not only this man’s talent, but his ability to keep himself active and interested in the world around him.
