Why Oh Why Aren’t Hot Philadelphia Hoagies Huge in Great Britain?

There are many, many fast foods that have jumped the pond between the USA and Great Britain. McDonald’s….Burger King….Pizza Hut….KFC….

The best fast food I’ve ever tasted though, came from a mobile fast food van in the Philadelphia docks, and I’ve always wondered why no-one over here picked them up and ran with them?
