Do You Find It Hard to Sleep Straight Away When You Go to Bed?

I had trouble sleeping when I went to bed and this helped me fall asleep much quicker.

Do you have problems to go to sleep, do you feel uncomfortable and cannot find the wright place in bed or may be you are worried about something or just you want to sleep but you cannot?

I did have these problems, sometimes life is too busy for me and there where nights that I could not sleep because I am too tired, whatever I did try it was not working. So the first thing I did have a nice warm bath and start having a cup of hot drink (not coffee)before I go to bed, but still I could not sleep, and I end up in bed looking up to the roof and start thinking what I have done in my day and what am I going to do the following day. I do start thinking what I have to do the next day but I never finish because I fall to sleep and wake up the next day in the morning.

Thinking positive ,or plan the start of the next day ,what you would like to do after you drop your children at school or where you would like to go and do in the evening the next day or in the week ,or where you want to go for your next holiday .

I did find that some thinking before I go to sleep helps me to fall to sleep easier.
