First thing rite off is having the rite attitude going into the game. Be happy and believe that you can be the best at the table. Don’t play the game with emotions. Playing the game with any kind of emotions will let others know that you ether have two good cards or two bad cards.

When you get your two cards take a good look at them. Evaluate what you are holding. Example is that you may be holding two diamonds or just two different face cards. Holding two face cards is good. Do not bet on them rite away. Call first. Until you see the flop. Do the same thing with two diamonds or any other suits.

If your in doubt ! Fold it ! Because your next hand may be a pair of aces. Don’t let yourself get evaluated by the other players. Instead Evaluate them first. Look for those who just bet on anything at all. Look for those who wait for the next card and if they bet after the next time it’s there turn then most likely they have an pretty decent hand. Look for those who start shaking in some way or fashion. And this to means that they are waiting for a matching card to pop out of the deck.

Use these tips wisely and you may find yourself in good standings at the poker table.
