The Million Dollar Trade They Don’t Teach in School
Want to learn a very simple way of counting cards for blackjack?
There is some very valuable information out there that is not taught in school. Terrible I know, but its the real world and that’s how things are. Huge amounts of money lay beneath a system waiting to be mastered. A little bit of practice each day and focus will put you at an advantage. By counting cards on a blackjack table you will be able to determine how many face cards are left in the deck. I have found this system to be the easiest and fastest to master. You should already know how to play blackjack before mastering this system. This article will not teach you how to play blackjack, it will only teach you how to count cards.
First things first, Get a deck of cards. Next learn the card values. 2-6 are counted as +1. 7-9 are counted as 0. and 10-Ace are -1. Flip through the deck counting the values as they show up. When you get through all 52 cards your count should be at 0. If not, you made a mistake somewhere down the path. Practice makes perfect.
Once you have the count down, begin to speed up how fast you flip the cards. Eventually try to count the deck in about 25 seconds. Next, begin dealing the cards out as if you were playing blackjack, first with 2 players, then with 3 and so on… continuing to count. After lots of practice with both dealing counting and flipping counting, begin to think about what numbers players have when you deal out the cards. Hit them if needed, otherwise stand. Practice and practice and practice until this multitask becomes easier to comprehend.
Eventually when you have it down, practice a few times with 6 decks mixed together.
When it’s time to hit the casino, play the minimal bet on a table until the deck becomes hot (or high in the plus numbers) when the count is 10 or above bet high… when the count is very low in the negatives (say -10) the deck is cooled and won’t do you much good.
Some tips:
- Practice makes perfect
- Card counting is not illegal, but casinos do have the right to boot you out.
- Be careful drinking, just one drink can impaire your ability to count.
- Gambling is addictive, if you have a gambling problem seek help immediately
- This system is a guideline, giving you an edge. It is not 100% guarantee. Anything can happen.
