I am what some people call a nerd, but I just laugh when they say it, becuase i know tehy will regret saying that later. I know that i will be successful, and that they probably wont. I dont get who people can do poorly in school (less than a 90% GPA) and not even care. My parents yell at me when that happens, and that how i was raised, so now i do my best and i get really good grades; about 97% or 98% GPA, which is probably a 3.9 for the 1 to 4 grade. I do well and i started researching what i wanted to do for my career in i think 8th grade. I looked at colleges, and actually called them up. I got my info so i would know exactly what i wanted to do and have no suprises. Ive had internships with it, and I am set for the rest of my life, and im only a sophomore in high school now. I cant see how people are in college and still dont know what they want to do with their life. I just think that those kids who do poorly in school will not even get the chanec to work for the nerds of the school, but will have no future, and he poor and homeless or something of that nature. They need to shape up, and maybe that will help our country head in the right direction. We need more nerds, and we need them to apply themselves to anything and everything they possible can.
