Father and Child-are You a Good Father? Evaluate Yourself
This article is depiction of father and child relationship. This is an effort to encourage the fathers to be more involved in their children. Furthermore, this explains that father relationship is as important as mother relationship, with child.
Relationship between father and child is one matchless relationship in the humankind. This has no expression and is bonded with spiritual love. This relationship has been given less importance, as compared to the relationship between mother and child. However, this can’t be valued any less. This is a relationship of care, affection, fondness and encouragement. A child requires and demands need of father at every moment of his being. As much as mother care for child, the father provides, power and defense. If we think about it, we will come to know how significant, dissimilar and natural this is. There are so many specifics and experiences that make this a distinctive relationship.
In this article, I wish to concentrate on a fact that the father’s love is very important for child.
Is their emotional attachment between father and child? Should father give more attention to child? There are so many questions and there are so many answers. However, the answers are not enough for all the questions.
I am trying to replicate an attempt of many people, who have tried explaining father and child relationship. However, deliberately I want to repeat this effort. This is because I truthfully believe that this need to be explained over again, to remind the fathers about their responsibilities.
Many fathers think that they don’t have to involve emotionally in their children. They think that they have to ensure that they are able to fulfill the materialistic desires of the children. They believe that the children need emotional attachment of mother and not father. However, this is not true. The fact is that father should be more emotionally involved in child. As much as father need to provide money-oriented things to the child, he also has to ensure the emotional and loving coverage. A child may need him for the advice, for suggestions, for security and for all the emotional requirements. If we feel intensely, father is just like God to child. Child demands and father give. I wish to explain a flip side of this relationship, ‘a darker side’. I want to uncover some casual gestures of fathers that could spoil lives of many children.
