- You have pre-appointed her to become your maid of honor and the godmother of your kids.
- Her parents once grounded her for that costly gabfest/overseas call she made from Canada during your summer break.
- She gamely sits through all your debate tournaments to cheer you on—even if she secretly thinks that watching ants crawl up the wall is more interesting.

Aw, very cute indeed. Well, I don’t really have a best buddy, I just have a bunch of really close friends that I look at equally but if there was one person who’d fit into quite a few of the above points that you’ve given above, it’d be my sister who is just a year younger than I so I guess she is my best buddy!

Absolutely correct, it is great to have a best buddy who will be there no matter the time of day. MY best buddy and I seem to be thinking about the same things when we are together, or calling me to discuss plans.

I think this is interesting both from the perspective of a boy and that of a girl- it’s interesting to look at signs of friendship versus signs of “love” or a romantic relationship.
