Ways to should back global warming

The problem with global warming is that people really don’t want to give things up to stop it.  I understand, really I do, global warming is a fairly abstract problem.  The idea of a temp rise causing serious problems is a pretty tricky one.  I mean, no one really knows what will happen, just that it probably will happen, and will probably be bad.

So, basically the problem is what to do if people want give up their flight to New York?  Well, there are some ideas right now, although none of them sound too idea:

Forest of artificial trees.:  These would take Co2 out of the atmosphere and store it.  Although you gotta feel that real trees might help.

Pilling Iron filing into the sea.:  This apparently will encourage the growth of algae.   I rather thought Eutrophication  would be a problem in this case.  So, a thick layer of algae would stop the sun-light getting to the lower layers of the sea, and stop growth there.

Painting roofs white:  I’m not sure on the maths of how effective this would be.  But if you make things reflect more light, by painting them white.  Then, I guess you’ll reduce the temperature.  Again, would this really work?

Cloud ships:  Apparently you can get ships to pour water vapour into the air and make clouds.  I have similar questions to this as with the white roofs.  So, the question is can you do it enough to really have an effect?

Space mirrors:  Similar idea to clouds and white roofs,  Yes, I see no reason why it can’t be done, but can it practically be done enough?

So, there is the technology news about global warming.  Basically we must get better at saving energy, or thing of more plausible scientific solutions
