Every Penny Counts! Tips on Saving $!
A few important tips on saving money.
Everyone is always looking for new ways of saving money. Whether its refinancing a loan, or cutting out certain things we buy.
Here are a few simple ways that I myself save a little bit of cash.
People always hear the phrase a penny earned is a penny saved. Well, one day that penny will turn into a dollar. It adds up quick.
Here is an example of myself. I don’t like writing checks, and I rarely use my debit card, so instead I go to the ATM. In my opinion that is a big mistake.
Say I want to pick up a burrito and a pop from Taco Bell. The total comes to around $3. Well, the minimum I can take out of the ATM is $10, so I have $7 change. Odds are, me, you, and anyone else, will see that $7 in your pocket tomorrow, and spend it on piddly things. By writing a check, or using a debit card, taking in consideration that you eat out twice a week, in one month, you will save yourself $56. Pretty crazy if you think about it.
Another good way of saving or even making money, is saving every penny. You see a penny on the ground, don’t be embarrased to pick it up. Look at me! I love PTC Sites! (check out my article on PTC). It is a paid to click website where you are paid (Pennies), to click on ads everyday. Yes pennies. Once you give it a little time, you save your pennies and are able to either cashout your couple bucks, or buy (referrals) to do some more clicking and make you even more pennies!
Simple little things like this can be very amazing over time.
EBAY! Find every little thing you possibly have in your house that you don’t use, or maybe don’t even remember you had, and sell it! This is a great way of getting some extra cash. It’s easy, and cheap. And nothings better than watching your Paypal account add up!
Turn your computer off at night. On average, a normal desktop computer if shut off over-night for say a total of 8 hours, in one month you can save up to $20 on your electric bill.
Keep your doors and windows closed during the winter.
All electrical machines such as, computer, tv, dvr, dvd player, game console, that are plugged in all the time, not only shut off, but should be on special outlets that can cut the power off the cables. Because even though everything is shut off, it is still drawing power from the outlet. That can save you mega cash per month!
Also during the winter, when the heat is on, and if you have a ceiling fan, turn the fan on and make sure it spins clockwise. I don’t know why, but by spinning clockwise it dispurses the heat better.
These are my own personal little secrets that I use to save, and make a little money. They have worked for me over time, and if you try them yourself, I can gaurantee it will work for you also!

Yes! I couldn’ believe it either but it works!
And the $20 is an average, but anywhere from $10 to $20 you can definitely save per month.
