So today in school when i was in Science we were talking about light and the universe. He’s all talking and then he starts to explain something so wierd! First he’s says when looking up at the stars in the night you are actually looking into the past. The light you see from the sun takes 8 minutes to get to use so when you see light from the sun you are looking 8 minutes into the past. You are never looking at anything in the present its always nanoseconds behind it! So lets say you are, are on a planet four quadrillion miles away from me and are ten years old. You have a very powerful light and you turn it on pointed at me. It will take 50 years to reach me on my planet to my eye. But if i had really good eyesight and i could see you on your planet. In the 50 years the light got to me if i was looking at you, you would suddenely turn ten years old and i would see you turn on the light even though you are now sixty years old!

Thats just so weird! I was thinking that we could probably look into the past. If we had the technology this is what i was thinking you send some people to a planet a quintillion miles away taking only a few days. They could look back with really strong microscopes and look at earth and be seeing around 500 years into the past! This would be very futuristic but its fun to think about!
