Above you will see a picture which apparently shows the “Mini Water Elephant”. These are basically extremely small elephants.. Sounds crazy right? Well if you go to the part of the World these are supposedly found you are able to buy your very own water elephant corpse as a souvenir! Also to add further weirdness to a seemingly preposterous myth Scientists has done x-rays on a few of the “small elephants” and found what appeared to be a skeletal structure!

But during a documentary I was watching as part of research on the mini elephant, The general belief is they are just hand crafted souvenirs to make money for the local folk. Although they never explained the apparent skeletal structure :-/

So is this possible, could there be more creatures out there like the ones we know just on a different scale?
