All you need is a few hundred sheets of paper and a safe place to throw things around in (yard,gym,playground,small woods)

First you go and get some paper (recycling bins,Staples,old magazines) and then you take your group of kids and take them to your area with the paper. Then you tell the kids to crumple up the paper onto balls and throw them at each other. They can just run around and throw crumpled up paper balls at each other for hours.

Now you will never have any problems with entertaining kids again!
