  • First and foremost, make a reservation. Since prom groups are typically large, a reservation is crucial. Also, you must act accordingly. Being loud and boisterous is not acceptable at a classy place. Calling ahead and having flowers on the table makes the table seem very nice and it shows some one has thought ahead for the evening.
  • When the group arrives at the restaurant, boys should open the door for the girl, allowing her to enter first. Also, once at the table, boys should pull the girls seat out for her and wait for her to sit down before he does.

  • When the group is seated and everyone has their menus, read through it and be prepared to ask questions.
  • Once the food arrives at the table, allow the server to set the place down, do not grab it from them. Also, after dinner is finished, do not stack all the plates on top of each other in the middle of the table.
