As suggested in their name, women should be wooed and men must be seduced. Wooing is one of the jobs that a man will necessarily have to do at a point in life. If you are not ready to do this job, then don’t expect to be loved or be in a romantic relationship with a woman.

However, not all men are well vested in this art; they end up frustrated not because the women they approach do not want them, but because they themselves did not know how to go about things. There are three things that should be part of wooing.

Poetry

This does not mean writing or saying things that sounded like Shakespeare has come to life. When you approach a woman you should choose your words in a way to please her ears. Poetry is about pleasing the ear. It doesn’t necessarily have to be rhyming or metered. But it must be nice to hear. Your tone of voice will also contribute to this; if you go to a woman shouting, expect to be thrown away. You should sound soothing.

Music

If you can sing, compose songs about her for her. Say how you feel in the song. Make that song interesting, the smoother the better. There are more men who sing love songs than women; that should tell you why. If you can’t compose a song you can sing an old song in a personal way. Remember the song should be personal and relevant to the situation.

Humor

Great sense of humor is what will keep you in contact with a woman. When she is down you should be able to let her laugh. Women cannot stand men who are drowning themselves everyday in self pity. When she sees you she must feel happy. Even from the first time you meet, you should create humor; that makes you stick in her mind. You can exploit every situation create humor.

For example if a woman asks you what you do? You can say something like “I don’t think you ever heard this before. I am a Positive emotions analyst. I study how people behave when they are happy, in love and things like that”. You should exploit every situation to create humor, but you should be careful not to create bad humor.

The last thing is that you should absolutely be natural. Don’t imitate.
