Wearing Flip Flops: Bad or Good?
Do you think wearing flip flops can cause serious pain and wear in your feet and legs?
When you think of summer, do you think of wearing flip flops around the beach? Or do you think of the strain you put of your feet by wearing no more than a little sole with a Y-shape thong. Flip flops alter the way you walk when you wear them. So, if you wear them more frequently, your walk may suffer. It can cause serious ankle and foot, even back pains. Your whole body can suffer pain from this little piece of rubber! So, if you wear flip flops a lot… get ready for some serious pain in your later years!
Also, when you wear flip flops, you kind of scrunch your toes to keep the flip flops from flipfloppin off! This can cause bad toes, like adding too much pressure. Keep in mind that your body is an amazing machine. And when you do even one little thing like wearing some rubber sandals, you can cause many areas of your body to shut down. So, if you can.. restrain from wearing these evil shoes.
