A Company’s Car
Lost in a situation.
If you had a job that had company cars, that were available for you to use them, and you use it one day and got into a accident in it.
Do you think you should offer to pay for it?
- Do you think you should come out of your own pocket to pay for it ?
- Do you think the company should pay for it?
What if it wasn’t your fought, at the time of the accident you felt that it wasn’t your fought. You went to make police report and the police didn’t give you the ticket. What do you do, other than trying to fight it?
But the company wants you to pay because the other party is sewing the company and now the company want you to pay for it.
What are you suppose to do?
- Do you fill that you should quit your job?
- Do you think they will fire you if you don’t pay it?

Well, by it being a company car they most likely will carry full coverage insurance, which they are suppose to do anyway. Therefore, I would think that there\’s no need to stress b/c if the company is legit and handling their business the car and employees would be covered. Now I can see paying the deductible if the employee is at fault. If it\’s the other drivers fault then it should be waived. Plus, insurance companies now offer broad collision which means if you are less than 50% at fault you do not have to pay a deductible. Either way, there is no need to quit or be fired. Just my 2 cents!!
