Most fantasy, race and science-fiction movies are always packed with unique and impressive looking cars. They’re designed by creative artists and intended to impress the movie’s audience as well make them excited when watching these movies. Among all of those maginificient cars, I find these cars to be the coolest and also the most memorable cars in a movie.

Here are they :

Mach 5 (Speed Racer, 2008)

Fast and agile, this car is always become a winner in Speed Racer movie. The shape of this car is completely unique and was originally based from a Japanese Anime movie called “Mach Go! Go! Go!”. When the real version of this movie’s released, this car has gone through some cool modifications that make this car much more impressive than it was.

Bumblebee (Transformers : Revenge of The Fallen, 2009)

In the movie, this car’s able to transform into a giant robot within only few seconds. After the movie releases, Chevrolet released the replica of Bumblebee, the Camaro. The car immediately become popular for the exotic car collectors and made a huge sale within a few months after its release. Of course, the real version of this car won’t be able to transform into a giant robot.

Neela’s RX (Fast And Furious : Tokyo Drift, 2006)

This car is a modified version of Mazda RX 8. In the movie, this car is belonged to a beautiful girl named Neela who is a girlfriend of the main character. The combined icy blue and the thick black color simply make this car become very beautiful when travelling in the night time. I’ve personally think that this car is the best among all of those beautiful cars in the movie.

Pontiac 3 (Fast and Furious 4, 2009)

This fast car will surely impress anyone by the luxurious looks of its body. The back section of this car is filled with a lot of beautiful artistic graffiti. In the movie itself, this car looks shinier than any race cars in the movie when they’re all lined up for a race.

Ferrari F430 Spider (Miami Vice, 2006)

In the movie, this car’s used by two most talented detective in Miami to chase their criminals. Although this car was used in a lot of dangerous chasing mission, it’s rarely get any scratch thanks to the detective who drive this car very smoothly. There’s a lot of variety of colors for this convertible car but the beautiful dark silver color become famous after the movie has been released.

Batmobile (The Dark Knight, 2009)

This is a very uncommon look of a car. Some people even said that this look more like a tank rather than a car. Used by Batman himself, even a police will not dare to come close to this car. It’s said that this car can reach more than 1000 km/hour when using the jet engine to move the car.

Mustang (Death Race, 2008)

Armed by weapons, this car is used to fight against other cars in a Death Race. This car is not exist for public sale since an armed cars will be illegal in any country and will endanger people who are around it. The original and unarmed version of this car is Ford Mustang GT. It’s available for public sale.

K.I.T.T (Knight Rider, 1982/2008)

The image above showed 3 different versions of K.I.T.T. The first one is the original looks that appeared on 1982 TV Show. The second appeared on the 2008 version of Knight Rider. The third one however, is the newly modified version of K.I.T.T which I personally like the most.

K.I.T.T stands for Knight Industries Two Thousand or Knight Industries Three Thousand in the 2008 version of Knight Rider. The car is a new version of a K.A.R.R (Knight Auto-Cybernetic Roving Robotic-Exoskeleton). The K.A.R.R itself is storied as a failed production of a robot car who have a desire to exterminate the human and hence become a natural enemy of K.I.T.T.

Knight Rider is the first TV Show that come up with a futuristic idea about a talking car. The TV Show runs for about 4 years from 1982 to 1986. Because of its high popularity, a new movie was made on 2008 to continue the story that had a stagnant for more than 2 decades. The movie itself serves as an opening to the new series of Knight Rider TV Show. The renewed TV Show runs for about 17 episodes and there’s a small hint that there will be a sequel for this TV Show.

Final Word

This list is made from my own view and taste of car. As you can see here, all of the cars showed a futuristic and modern looks. Although a lot of people fancied Classic Cars to be the coolest cars, in my case, I love Modern and Futuristic looking cars better.
