Five Tips to Maximize Your Car’s Resale Value
Owning a car means owning a depreciating asset. If you’re planning to get a new ride, here’s what you can do to increase your current car’s worth.

Service it on time at all times
By strictly following the maintenance schedule, you are extending the life of the car. Keep all the receipts as proof and give the potential buyer peace of mind that you’ve been keeping the car in good condition.
Does not forget the tires
Uneven thread wear shows you haven’t been maintaining proper tyre pressure or periodically aligning and rotating the wheels. So align and rotate the wheels at the recommended intervals and keep tyres properly inflated.
Quality fixes
Accident damages will lower the car’s resale value but that doesn’t mean you should fix it with cheap parts. Replace only with original parts and save the receipts. It’s OK to be honest about the damages when you’ve done a good and proper job of fixing it up.
Don’t pimp your ride
Pimping your car may make it look cool but not to everyone eyes. Since aftermarket modifications will decrease a vehicle’s value, resist the urge to customize.
Keeps it sparkling clean
Wash and wax your car often to keep the paint fresh for longer and vacuum and clean the interior regularly to keep it looking new. This can help maximize its appeal and value.
