Ford Credit
A review of this company.
I know someone who had got a used vehicle financed through ford credit and it was the worst experience of their life in dealing with a finance company. She got the vehicle and made on time payments for months and than for a few months fall behind and that’s when she realized she had made a mistake. She would get phone calls first thing in the mornings at 8am and than when she actually talked to someone they were very rude and told her things like I guess your checks aren’t enough to pay for the vehicle or pressure her into making payments right away and than when she did makes a payment, the phone calls would still come in everyday at 8am and they would lose tract of the payments and than they repossessed the vehicle without any warning and that’s after she had made a full payment and they still took it.
She has tried to call someone to find out what is going on and the phone number they give you has a “glitch” in the system so they will not have a live person contact you and they are rude and tell you to simply wait for a call back. She is not the only one who had has problems with this company and if anyone is interested in reading more about them simply go to yahoo and do a search and type in ford credit rip-off and there are a lot of things that are said about them. So after reviewing this company I would not recommend them to finance anything.

Myexperience leads me to wonder about the credit services. as usual when you ask a question, you as the customer are blamed for what you did. The company recently changed their payment system and I suddenly received a paper billi in the mail. I had been receiving the bills on line because I have paid on line for most of the payements for my car. The response to why I suddenly got a printed bills was that I scheduled a onetime payment and before they could stop the bill, it was sent. They are unwilling to admit that when their system changed it erased all history of how payments were made and they made it my fault that I suddenly was getting a paper bill. Not a big deal, but when I read the above story I feel for the author who was and is at the mercy of the giant Credit company unwilling to admit that they cause an error.
