This works with any type of bearing that would be in a race (ie. ball bearings, roller bearings)First, take some grease, and put it in the palm of your hand. Now, with your other hand, drag the bearing race along your hand until you can see the new grease coming out the back of the bearing, past the balls. When you see the fresh grease, rotate the bearing race, so you are packing a different section. When you have the entire bearing race packed, wipe down the outside, and your ready to roll. Packing your bearings, like in a bike for example, will give you the speed you have always wanted, and it will prevent them from seizing up when there is high temperatures being applied to them.
