Best Origami Sites
Four Origami websites or works that I found really interesting.
Fabric Origami
This is an origami site with a difference. Whenever someone utters the word origami, the first thing that will come to our mind, is cute looking shapes made out of paper. Well think out of the box. Why paper? Why not something else? Like Fabric. That is exactly what this site intend to teach you. Using fabric for origami. Just think about the numerous advantages and possibilities which will come out of it. This can be embedded in your clothes which will give it a different look altogether.
Shirt from One-Dollar Bill
Here is a wiki article that I found which will tell you how to make a shirt out of a one dollar bill. The article is neat and the trick is interesting. If you have grand children and if you want to give them some pocket money, try making a shirt out of it and giving it to them. They will love that. Another idea of using this trick is when you want to leave a tip this method allows you to do it creatively.
Origami Nut
This is a website that has the best origami models that exist in video format and help the beginners in this wonderful paper world. It has got both simple and complex orgami. Every model is accompanied with diagrams so that the steps can be followed on paper rather than a fast moving video.
Anita’s Origami
These models where part of the author’s origami exhibit at the Origami USA convention, June 2002. The site has lots of orgami model links and the links will lead to the design diagrams of the models. It is not very user friendly, but still the models are really good. Anita has used some naming conventions for describing her models. Make sure you go through them if you are unable to figure out how to construct these models.
