Things You Will Need:

• Cardboard
• Broom handle
• Tape
• Nail
• Hammer
• A pair of scissors

Steps:

1. First take a cardboard tube and a broom handle.
2. Then use a pair of scissors to cut the cardboard tube lengthwise into for equal parts.
3. Tape two of the cardboard strips together into the shape of a plus sign.
4. Then cut each end to a partially rounded point.
5. Be sure to keep the cuts equal and going in the same direction.
6. Finally, nail the windmill with a hammer to the end of the broom handle.
