Things That Sell Best at a Craft Show
Because we all want to make the most money.
I’ve been doing craft shows for a few years now, I’d like to think I’m a seasoned vet in the world of craft fairs. There are always the few booths that are selling an astronomical amount of their goodies. They are typically
- Baked goodies, especially chocolate chip cookies. They sell great if they are in just a clear plastic zip-lock baggie with a bow at the top. Heck you might not even need the bow
-Marshmallow shooters (I know this sounds weird, but at the past few shows a lot of kids have come with their families, almost every kid that went past their booth managed to talk their parents into buying them that toy)
-Candles. They are small, smell great and come in such a variety that nearly everyone is able to find a scent they like
- Hand knitted baby hats. They kind you find on newborns for their pictures. They are adorable and make a new baby look even cuter. People are suckers for baby items
- Christmas items. They sell all year round, but tend to sell the best around the Christmas season
Crocheted and Knitted blankets sell okay, but everyone it seems at the shows are selling some kind of knitted or crocheted items. You want to get something that stands out and makes people want to come back around to your booth!!
