Why in the hell is weed still illegal?

Here are some simple facts. Marijuana is an herb. It is intoxicating, treats many illness such as nausea, anxiety, eating disorders, muscle spasms, and glaucoma, can actually keep those suffers from going blind. With side effects less than Tylenol. Lets talk about Tylenol….did you know more and more the FDA is encouraging people to use acetaminophen less and less due to the spiking percentage of people with serosis of the liver. The vast majority of these people had no other reason for this other than a lifetime of acetaminophen use. Aspirin may save your life but if you aren’t old it can damage your blood and make you very ill and damage organs! Do not give asprin to children! Even still these over the counter medications remain with no significant warning labels. Kava Kava is an herb for anxiety if taken over an extensive time period will cause your liver to shut down. Where are the massive warning label FDA?

God forbid we be allowed to smoke some intoxicating herb which latest studies have indicated shrink brain tumors, but it is ok for pharmaceutical to extract the thc out and put it in a pill and sell it for an outrageous amount.

Heres how i see it.
Pharmacuticals have all the power over us.
The goverment is allowing it and paying the bill in alot of cases.

Just look at all that advertising done to us. How is that ethical? It is nothing more than the drug pushing we warn our kids about,but we dont warn them about those commericals do we. I know i warn my child about them. Its called propeganda and children need to be educated about it.

Why is it in other countries the same medication we buy here is dirt cheap
and it comes from our own pharmacutials?

Want to fix our healthcare system big goverment?

Crack down on the real drug pushers. Audit their books, make medicines affordable and stop the tv ads.
My child should not be asking me what E.D. is just because we are watching our favorite tv show together.
It in inappropriate and unethical. If a grown man were to have a discussion with a child about his penis malfunctioning many of us would consider throwing that man in jail. So why are we letting it on television & radio?

If we can drink alcohol and be trusted to use good judgement, we should be able to smoke an herb and use good judgement.

I have not met anyone in my life who does not smoke it or who has not smoked marijuana.
The only reason they may have stopped is due to the risk of legal repercussions.
I challege the government to put it on the ballot and hear what the american people really think about this issue. I dont think they ever will because they know what will happen.

We WILL vote it in.
The economy WILL be boosted.
we WILL be happy.

   Happy isint what they want us to be. They want us to be terrified and under their thumb, believing whatever they push the media to tell us. Our own goverment keeps us in fear that if we speak our minds about an herb we want to smoke or get caught smoking it, just to get through our hectic stressful lives, our worst fears just might come true.Cops busting in our door snatching our children and freedoms from us. Labeling us “bad” to the rest of society. However we can drink as much alcohol as we please. Sounds like somewhere thats not free to me. We feel sorry for other countries…..how dare we!
