Let me tell you people something. To those out there who want marijuana to be legal, this is for you. The difference between it being illegal and legal is not a big difference. Let me tell you why.

Even though its illegal, people still use it and drug dealers sell it. Only people that get caught with it, are just not that good at hiding. If you watch out for your parents, if you still live with them and for the police you will be safe. Try not caring on you when you leave the house. Never, ever bring it outside your house.

It’s Basically Legal

In most states in the USA have medical marijuana clubs that sell marijuana if you have a medical card. To get one you need to be over 18 and have some kind of trouble that marijuana will help you. I know a lot of people who have them and they don’t even have problems! As long as the police wont find out, there basically is no need for it to be legal. Of course it would be easier buying it from shops then waiting for some drug dealer to drop it off.

Getting Caught

As smoking marijuana might be great, getting caught is not. If the police catch you smoking or have some on you, you will be arrested with a citation given (ticket). You can possibly go to jail if you were selling it or as for sure community service. My best advice to you is try not to deal with police about this and stay out of their way.

Medical Marijuana Club

A marijuana club card is basically a card that lets you buy marijuana from their clinic. The prices are lower than the ones on the street and its legal to buy it there. You can buy up to an ounce a day from one clinic. They were invented after the 2000’s and I think that was a great idea.

Narcs

Be careful who you buy from. Your dealer can end up giving you up to the police one day so you always got to be careful. When your buying, don’t make it look like you are. Either get in the car for a minute or pretend your saying hello. You never know who can be watching or hearing what your saying. Once you get it and walking back to wherever, my best advice is to avoid ALL trouble. If a cop has suspicion of drugs on you, they have the right to search you and then trouble begins.

Tips:

When your buying you don’t want to sound stupid or annoying like: “Hey i want to buy some marijuana”, “Yo, I need a lot of marijuana give it to me!”, “Hurry up and give me a lot”.

That is stuff you don’t want to be saying at all. If its your first time and your shy about it, heres a tip on how to do it.

Call them and just ask what they are on “deck” with (what they have). After they tell you what they have, for example “banana og kush”, tell them how much and where you are at right now. A legit dealer would come in 10 – 20 minutes. Once they arrive, go up to the car, hand over the money and take your weed. Don’t make it look suspicious or obvious just be calm and cool. Heres a regular prices and more:

• 10 Sack – 10$, 0.5g, 0.7g if you get it “hooked up” (means they give you more).
• Dub, Gram – 20$, 1.0g, 1.2g is what people usually get.
• Eighth – 50 – 60$, 3.5 g
• Quad – 90 – 100$, 7G’s
• Ounce, O – 200$ and up, 28 grams

The more you are buying, the more dealers would give. For example  you have 100 dollars. That would be a quad of 7 G’s. Last time i bought that, i got it for 90$ and 7.5 grams. It matters how much you buy and how nice of a dealer he is.
