Ambiance of a restaurant is just as important as the quality of food to convince customers to become regular patrons.
Maybe the food does not really taste better, but when the atmosphere of a restaurant is warm and friendly the people eating there will enjoy their food much more, or so many studies are proving. How do you create this atmosphere? Why is it important to have a pleasant atmosphere? Many restaurants have lower lighting with lit candles and some even a fireplace. This creates a warm feeling.
