Black Coffee vs. Black Tea
Both beverages are beneficial to health in different ways. But which one of them leads the game.
Now, that’s a toughie, one might wonder. But lets look at the facts to make an informed decision, shall we;
Black coffee: It suppresses the appetite, making us want to eat less. It also help us stay awake late at night. Who hasn’t counted on the magic powers of coffee to study for an exam, write a paper or finish a project; And lets not forget the important role coffee plays on safe driving. ”One for the road” can substantially help tired, sleepy drivers. It is also linked to the prevention of diabetes, bowel cancer, Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. It can also help relieve headaches faster and more effectively, when combined with painkillers as well as help managing asthma.
Black tea: Black tea, (for those who don’t know, it is green tea, whose leaves are further dried, which explains the change in colour and taste) is linked to the prevention of colon, breast and stomach cancer. Furthermore, it saves arteries, helps in taming inflammation, and effectively fights viruses.
The choice is yours.

Since I’ve never had a cup-o-joe, all I can say is that occasionally I enjoy a cup-o-tea!
Thanks,
