Brazilian Food
Some good looking food…
Brazilian food as some already know it, was nominated one of the best culinary of the world. But I’m not here to explain the origin of the food, I’m just going to give you a little explanation of the main dishes Brazilians have to offer.

As you can see, the firewood stove is used most of time not to make the food, but to keep it warm, especially in restaurants, and the rock and clay bowls prevent the food from not burning.
Cheese bread, its actually little cheese balls made of …….cheese (duh!!)
Their delicious when eaten hot and with a nice cup of coffee by your side.
Crackling, made out of pig skin thrown in hot oil to fry….doesn’t sound so good doesn’t it??
Well its delicious actually, when you have some friends at a bar, you order this as a wonderful appetizer.
As most of you have already seen this dish (poor piggy) but dint actually know where it was from, I tell you now, its Brazilian….
This little fellow takes up to 2 days to make, and about 20 minutes to eat, why is that?? Because its delicious. We just don’t use the apple, we use tomatoes instead.

…Whats this?? This is actually one of my favorite dishes in all, Sun Beef
Why is it called Sun Beef?? Because its left frying on the sun for about 1 whole week!!
That’s pretty weird huh? Well that’s where the delicious taste comes from.
This is the Sun Beef after it has been 1 week taking a sun bath…..You dint think we would eat the meat liked it looked up there, dint you?
