When the McCafe craze began I decided I wanted to have a taste myself. So I walked myself to my neighboring McDonalds and purchased the frothy coffee drink. Particularily, the iced mocha one.

I’ve had mocha drinks before and I’ve got to say, the McCafe mocha drink is by far the worst of all. It was not what I expected. It was runny and very unrefreshing. Mind you, it was early May and Arizona May’s are scorching hot! At least cleaning out my sink with it wasn’t a waste. I got it free since it was brand new.

Now about Dairy Queen’s mocha! That’s a true mocha drink. The chocolate syrup, ice cream, and whipped cream all blend into a satisfying drink and refreshing drink. I just got this today, and it’s the beginning of October and I find it very satisfying and a much more memorable experience in my throat than McDonald’s mocha drink. I would buy this again and again though the price is a little steep. Local shopper papers will provide coupons to buy one get one free on this drink along with other flavors: caramel, french vanilla, and cappuccino. This was a truly satisfying drink and give it a 10 of 10 in satisfying drinks for this summer.
