A trick to make fat free yogurt into fat free cheesecake.

One of the best things is life is cheesecake. One of the worst things for a healthy diet is cheesecake. There is a little trick to cheesecake that everyone should know. The ingredient is fat free yogurt. Whatever flavor you would like. Pour the yogurt into a colander lined with cheesecloth, and wait for the moisture to drain from the yogurt. It takes a few hours, overnight is good. When the moisture is gone, the yogurt that remains is the consistency and texture of cheesecake. This works with low fat or full fat yogurt as well. Do be aware that this trick doesn’t change the caloric count, and with the moisture gone the yogurt is thicker therefore the calories go up per cup.
