Five Reasons Why Mcdonalds is Disgusting and Repulsive

Five Reasons Why Mcdonalds is Disgusting and Repulsive

Exclusive information and never before seen on heard of acts at the McDonalds Franchise stores.

This is mainly focused on a Local McDonald’s in Williamsport, PA on Lycoming Creek Rd, to be specific, but if it is happening here, I’m sure that it is going on in lots of other store locations, and possibly more than just one fast food franchise.

My Girlfriend comes home everyday with a new story of something repulsive, disgusting, and just plain messed up. It is amazing, considering a lot of this comes from the Managers, and Crew Leaders. I can’t really blame them to much for something, if you take a close look, it is a bunch of teenagers, but aren’t that suppose to be trained a lot better than this?

Sexually Disgusting

Maybe this doesn’t have a effect on a lot of people due to the fact that, it really doesn’t effect your food. The things I hear definitely violate Sexual Harassment and Work Place Laws and Regulations. Just yesterday my girlfriend came home and told me about a Manager who will remain nameless, that put sexual pressure on a Crew Employee, just a average worker their. The girl I actually know as I went to school with her, and she will also remain nameless.

The manager overheard the Employee talking to another girl about her first sexual intercourse experience, and what does this pervert do?

“So did you cu*?”

What? Are you serious? What kind of manager will not only ease drop on someone Else’s conversation, but yet come up to the girl and ask her something like that, along with “Did you like it?” and “Were you pleased?”. This is a older guy, probably 23-28 talking to a 18 year old girl about her sexual encounter. Disgusting, that enough makes me not want to eat there.

On another occasion there is another girl their that seemed to want to run around and brag about how her boyfriend pulled down her pants, but she ended up “Pulling them up, and didn’t do anything”. Sure, then why tell everyone?

The fact that McDonald’s employees are so upfront and open about their sex lives is repulsive and makes me gag when I think about how they handle my food. Who knows what kind of Sexually Transmitted Diseases these kids have that they could pass on without proper care. Shouldn’t managers be worried about this? Or at least stop them from talking about it while they are behind the counter, and on the clock? Yes, this should.

Dropped food is OK, right?

NO! You make someones food, and they depend on you to make sure it is healthy enough to eat without making you sick, now I know where all of these stomach aches are from every time I eat there!

Not only have I heard this from my girlfriend multiple times, but I have seen it with my own eyes. I have said something, and all I get is a “apology” and then I watch the employee who dropped my food, get yelled at, sort of.

I have seen them drop food, in the boxes, on the make line. This is the line where they prepare the food, and add all the necessary additions, like lettuce, buns, patties, everything. The sad thing is, I have also seen managers do this too, that is just wrong, and I am sure they are in violation of the health department here.

Just a specific moment I remember ordering a Big Mac, and it was coming down the line, it got boxed up, and then it ended up sliding and falling off of the make table. The Manager actually bent down, picked it up, and put it in my bag! I waited until they gave it to me and told me to have a nice day, as you already guessed I then went off on him.

Now nothing has become of this, I still hear about it happening all the time. Even if it is in a box, when that food drops, you throw it away, period! I think McDonald’s needs some new management.

We love pets, especially rats!

Yes, the McDonald’s on Lycoming Creek Road has a pet problem, they seem to love their little friend that scurries around and cleans up all the dropped food after them. This speaks for itself. It has been known by the Managers down there for at least 3 months, and they still haven’t done anything about it, as far as I am told, they haven’t even set up traps to try and catch the thing!

Yes, you jobs may be hard, and no one wants to touch a dead mouse, or even go around setting up traps all over the store, it looks bad, but it looks even worst when you don’t do anything about it!

Managers don’t know how to act like a manager.

I have worked at a few fast food places in my time, and I don’t think I ever heard such things, or even heard of someone managing a place like this, but I can believe it. The day I go into a McDonald’s and I come out with what I ordered, I will actually tip them.

A Manager, actually let me correct that. Two managers, no wrong again! They now go by “First Assistant” and “Second Assistant”. So what does this mean, better service? Faster Food?– Possibly some kind of help for the current crew employee’s? Hah, No.

Rick Foresman, is the godly “Second Assistant” who I hear about so much. Not only is he a pervert that is married with a kid, or two, and another on the way–but he seems to love all the teenage girls there. (You can see his facebook here (Notice all the younger girls he had on it))

That enough is good enough to get him fired, but it gets better. From what I hear he loves to go around, and brag about this new position, which according to many, is nothing more than a raise and a few more little responsibilities. Now what these are I don’t know, but giving this guy, and the “First Assistant” more money on there paycheck, is a waste of money for McDonalds. I am still getting the wrong order when I go in, so they must not be doing that much.

This Manager rick was there when I had an emergency and I needed to get in touch with my girlfriend about our 7 month old son, he had a fever and a slight cough. I ended up calling multiple times because they use the same phone line for there fax! So we get disconnected all the time.

I called, and was in a pissy mood because he wouldn’t put her on the phone, he said she was to busy. Bullshit! You put her on the phone, I have a damn emergency, and he was made aware of this, my kid was sick, and I needed a opinion from the mother of my child. He ended up hanging up on me. Rude, inconsiderate, and stupid as he has a kid, and could understand the situation, he refused to take over her spot while I talked to her.

Out of all of these I never got to talk to my girlfriend about our Son’s emergency, and from what she tells me, he actually came up to her and told her that “If he gets a attitude calling her again, I’m going to get an attitude right back.” Really? That sounds like a small threat to me, what is this Micky Dee Manager going to do to her employees Baby’s Father when he calls back because you he wouldn’t put me on the phone with her?

This is a 30 some year old guy we are talking about, again, another disgusting this that makes me not want to eat there.

Drama, Drama, and More Drama.

A lot of people talk behind their backs there. Not like I care, but I do when it comes to them getting my damn order right! I go in there all the time, and all I hear is people talking behind each others backs, and the language and talk they use are disgusting, there are kids in there people! Clean the act of your Crew Members up, and make that extra 50 cent raise you got as a First and Second Assistance worth it to the franchise! What are you getting paid for?

The problem with the drama is it messes up orders. When you have someone making your burger, and they are trying to listen in at what little Sally is saying in the background about “Yo Mama” it gets really old, because then you mess up MY ORDER. I don’t care about how mean they are, or how distracted you were– or what kind of apology you might have. I ordered a McChicken Plain, add BBQ Sauce. Not a damn McDouble! This has happened on many occasions, or they will just give me a McChicken with everything on it.

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is, the Mangers need to manage the damn store. If First and Second Assistants can go around bragging about their new positions, and how much they get paid– to all the crew members that don’t really care, they can get my order right at least!

So, lets recap. McDonald’s is known to have,

  1. Rats and Infestation Problems
  2. Poor preparation of food, and dropping food on the floor and putting it out the window to customers.
  3. Dumb Managers, who don’t think about the store, and only worry about what underage girls they can get laid by on FaceBook.
  4. A Very poor work environment, why should my girlfriend have to go in, and listen to you talk about how your X-Husband is stalking you? How about worry about what goes on my burger please, no one cares.
  5. Teenage kids, that don’t know what they are doing. Lets face it, not their problem, the managers don’t even act like crew members, they just hide in the office on the phone.
  6. Sexual harassment at the workplace, big No No, especially when you are 30-Something and asking a 18 year old about what kind of sex they had the night before. Makes me want to gag, please wash your hands before you touch my food. Especially sense you guys don’t use gloves half the time!
  7. No Accident Reports! Wow, this is a huge deal here, a girl the other day fell, hurt he leg really bad, they even tried to get her to stay longer, after she was already covering anther’s shift. They didn’t have a accident report for her to fill out. Tisk Tisk.
  8. Don’t ever deny me, or anyone else for that matter the right to talk to my family that is working their, especially when it is a emergency situation.

Hopefully this was very informative on why McDonald’s should have a big change in their staff and work environments. This article will be emailed to employees and respective headquarter management. Hopefully there will be a huge change in the way they run the place.

They probably didn’t expect anyone to take the time to write an article like this, but lets face it, my girlfriend tires to address all these issues, and they are ignored, or she is talked back to disrespectfully, and there are a few good people there that know how the store should be ran, but they have no power to actually make those kind of decisions.

All I know is, next time I want to talk to my family there, it better happen.

And please, get my McChicken right? It’s not hard, Plain add BBQ!

This isn’t only happening at the McDonalds, but in many fast food, hotels, shops and restaurants. Some of them have have personel that doesn’t care about values and feelings of other people. They don’t seem to get any training in how to behave in front of a customer. They talk to their colleguea’s while you wait and when they finally turn to you they say,”Are you alright?” while they chew a piece of gum with their mouth open.

What makes me even more mad, is that my girlfriend is afraid for her job now, she is the only one and it just gets us by with extra stuff for our son. It pisses me off that she is scared to lose her job, she says its because she came back and told me about it, and I’m considered family.

They have a lot of stupid rules there, like if I were to win a prize there, I wouldn’t get it cause my girlfriend works there, but her fearing her job over a article that is 100% truthfull pisses me off.

I used to work here, I can personally assure you that the sexual harassment is happening and a lot of it is from the godly rik foresman…what’s even better is that the general manager, wanda Keller, knows of and allows this type of behavior…very good article

Thus why i don’t eat there very much, Crew is human, at least you can see what goes on back there, and leave the managers alone, they’re running a restaurant full of teenagers that would rather not be there. Besides, Alex is awesome.

Why should the mananagers be left alone when they’re talking sexually to employee’s? On top of that, they DON’T know how to run the place or else I wouldn’t of had to wrote all of this.

This article has been out for awhile now, and now all of you notice it after you have been ‘Bug Bombed’ and it was in the local paper. Otherwise you guys and the big shots wouldn’t of notice because you truely don’t care.

Wasn’t Jess who wrote this article, maybe you should just read the author name, or my name for example. On top of all that this isn’t my website. Funny thing is I can write about what I want, and I do, and just because you get offended because a McDonalds job is your life doesn’t mean you need to get pi*sed off because YOU DO drop food, there is a problem there just the other week you guys got bug bombed and risked the lives of employees. I don’t even understand how you can get on here and ever start YOUR highschool drama over a article that I wrote nearly 4-6 months ago.

What you do need to do is grow up, I don’t know what you think your going to do besides encourage me to delete your comment and let more people read about how much of an adult you are. Why would you even take it out on Jess when she has nothing to do with it? Sounds like you’re the one that needs to grow up.
