How to Soften a Tough Steak

Tenderizing an un-marinated steak.

  1. Prick with fork.
  2. Roll in gluten free flour.
  3. Dip in milk.
  4. Fry in rice oil until seared on both sides.
  5. Rest on platter for 30 seconds.
  6. Move to serving plate and add salad and vegetables.
  7. Beautiful and tender.
  8. Great for old people and children.
