How to Soften a Tough Steak
Tenderizing an un-marinated steak.
- Prick with fork.
- Roll in gluten free flour.
- Dip in milk.
- Fry in rice oil until seared on both sides.
- Rest on platter for 30 seconds.
- Move to serving plate and add salad and vegetables.
- Beautiful and tender.
- Great for old people and children.
