Make Couscous Mandatory in Your Kids Diet
It is a protein rich diet for your kids.
I was not aware of couscous, until one of my friends recommended it for my son, saying it is rich in protein. I started giving him couscous for the past 6 months and yes, it is really an amazing one. Here are the reasons, why you should include it in your kids as well as in your diet.

Couscous which is also pronounced as “koos-koos” and “Cous Cous” is a staple of North African cooking.
It is a small yellow granular type of pasta which is made by sprinkling durum or hard wheat semolina grains, the ideal pasta wheat, with cold salted water and rolling and coating them in fine wheat flour. It can be used as a salad base or as an addition to soups. It can be a better accompaniment for meats and vegetables.
