Meat: It’s What for Dinner
Why are their so many billboards now saying that they use free range meat?
A while back I wrote an article about vegetarians and meat eaters which rattled a few cages.
We live in the United States which gives a person the right to their own opinion. The only reason people are upset is that they feel bad about what they are putting in their body but they are trying to justify destroying their body. There are many misconceptions about being vegetarian. The first misconception is that vegetarians lack the basic nutrition from not eating meat. Nothing is farther from the truth. The fact that you eat meat and I do not does not make you healthier than me. As Americans we have been trained on fast food. Americans are lazy so instead of eating healthy we think we do not have time to cook. Nothing can be farther from the truth. There are many quick and easy ways to eat healthy without spending many hours cooking. There is a great website you can go to called vegetarian dot com.
There are many easy to prepare recipes on this site that can help you start eating better. Not all vegetarians are animal activists. I first tried the vegetarian diet eight years ago and have not looked back. My reasons are different from other people. I wanted to clean out my body from all the growth hormones in meat. If you think eating meat is healthy then why do you see all the billboards talking about free-range meat? Companies are under pressure to clean up their act. People are starting to wake up from there slumber and realize that it’s not ok to eat a bunch of processed crap. But like I said you have the right to your own opinion. www.freedomofwords.com

Good debatable article. I agree with you that we are a lazy society. As far as eating meat, i don’t consider myself a meat and potatoes man every night. I love my vegetables, and eat meat maybe three meals a week. Nice informative article.

While I do enjoy eating meat, my family has stopped eating processed meats with artificial fillers and I personally have lost 28 pounds in 9 weeks even without much exercise. Your article is informative and interesting.
Blessings to you,
Chris
