Pei Wei Restaurant Review

I’m never going back to PF Changs!  Why?  I like their new sister chain for being cheaper, more laid back, and having a very similar menu!  

I can still get Chang’s Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Lettuce Wraps, Dan Dan Noodles, and Cripsy Honey Shrimp!  All of my PF Changs favorites are at Pei Wei.  If the chefs are trained by PF Chang managers and the dishes are the same but cheaper, I think I am on to something here. 

The staff is nice and you can get take out or have sit down service.  They still serve beer and wine, so it’s nice enough to take a date and casual enough to wear jeans or stop in on a lunch break.  We have been waiting a long time for a cheap, consistent, Americanized Chinese chain (Panda Express, you don’t count).
