The Best Smoothie

The Best Smoothie

Do you make smoothies? here is an article on how to improve your smoothie making ability and to enjoy your smoothies more.

Like everything in the world there is techniques and best ways to do things. even with things you wouldn’t expect. like for example, making smoothies. When it comes down to it, there is a good and bad ways to make smoothies. I mean, it depends on your preference quite a bit. But for the general public here is the better way and how you can make it yourself.

first ill tell you all the things you should put in your smoothie and what combinations work best. Then ill tell you a couple smoothie recipes that are my favorite. Hopefully by the time you are done reading this article you’ll set out to become a smoothie wizard like myself. Smoothies aren’t only beneficial to your health but are one of the most delicious things i eat. Once you start making them the way i suggest you will be addicted to them and have to have your smoothie ever morning. :D

Okay so here’s all the frozen goods and materials you should get in order to make the killer smoothies I’m talking about.

Mango- this is a necessity. sweet and savory.

Berries- all berries work. preferable not ones with tons of seeds. if they do have seeds just be sure this is not your main ingredient otherwise you’ll have more seeds than smoothie, trust me.

Oranges- If your into citric based fruit this is one of the best ones. lemon juice also is good in small quantities.

bananas- one banana will suffice for most smoothies, but if your not into bananas as much as me half will do the trick to. you can use fresh bananas or frozen bananas.

yogurt- yogurt is a key element into giving it the smoothie shop quality. Whether it be frozen yogurt or regular yogurt it doesn’t matter. All flavors work. its up to you to decide the amount you would like.

Sorbet- sorbet is a kind of ice cream that is very fruity. It is soft and perfect for smoothie making. this is also an ingredient that will give it a more smoothie shop made feel.

juice- juice is a very important part in making your smoothie. If your not into juice you can use any liquid you would like. as long as it will compliment your flavors. when putting in the juice make sure you pour enough juice to reach the top of the fruit pile in your blender. you cant over do it with juice. The more the easier your smoothie is going to be made.

the way your smoothie turns out the way you want it is to put in all the things you will want. The more practice you get the better you will get at it. There is endless ways and combinations to make smoothies and this is partly why i enjoy them so much. Don’t be shy with the combinations you attempt. Its all good. Believe me. Hopefully this article has triggered your inner smoothie making desires and begin at once.

Here is a couple of recipes that are my favorite. Try them out and enjoy!

Very deliciously tempting. I usually make juice using my juicer but never attempt to make any smoothies.
