Press or bagged cookies

Made from a stiff but rich dough and pressed out of a cookies cookie press or pastry tube onto a cookie sheet.bons and others.examples.butter cookies and lengua de gato.

Bar cookies

Made from soft dough baked in a shallow pan and cut into oblong or square shapes.example.brownies.
