I’m not making any jokes or puns here, I am completely serious for a change. The reason I took the pictures was because on December1st, In the west coast sky, we were supposed to have a great view in the sky of Venus & Jupiter lined up in the sky, and a crescent moon.

Well, it showed up a day early, and I took a couple of pictures. When I put the pictures into the computer, the moon was green, one of the planets was yellow, and the other kind of a mix of the two colors.

I was still pretty new to Triond, submitted an article that was too short, and I didn’t know how to upload a picture yet. Anyway, I thought this might be an opportunity for a good picture. So I went outside, clicked some shots, but nothing showed up, as if the sky was blank. I took several pictures, and two of them showed these glowing blue ball shaped orb things that were not visible to the naked eye. The next shot was scary looking like some kind of apparition in front of me, with a weird bluish glow. So I was wondering if any of you photo experts might tell me what this is.

I ask because it is eerily similar to another authors picture, who has a ghost or spirit disturbing her home and has actually become dangerous. I haven’t asked, so I won’t use her name, but the ghost is named Jack.Can any one tell me what it is we’re looking at here?

In the first three pictures, the first one shows the moon on top, Jupiter on the bottom, and Venus in between the two.

In the second picture the moon is on top, and the two planets are on the bottom right hand side.

In the third picture is the moon appearing blue and the planets are the little tiny dots at the bottom, the rest are building and street lights.

In the last two pictures the first one is partially under a palm tree, that looks like a post in the middle of the picture and the last one is the one where the weird haze shows up.

Is my neighborhood possessed?

Or is this some type of optical illusion? I see the blue writing on the van across the street, but I believe that it is just reflecting the light of the flash, there was no mist in the air at all, just a clear cold night.
