Continuing from Part One. What to expect when Venus travels through the zodiac; what she encourages and how to make the most of the visits, for yourself and all those you love.

Venus in Virgo

Time for constructive arguments and criticisms – if ever there was. Time to plan with loved ones and to understand their practical needs. If you have children you’ll find yourself thinking of their future. Now is a likely time you’ll encourage them to study music, draw, paint and write.

Venus in Libra

This benefits all loving relations. Statistically, this is according to my many discussions, the time the Earth is most likely to move when you make love. Nudge, nudge! Don’t be surprised if you find yourself leaving work early to go home to prepare for your next session.

Venus in Scorpio

If you did go for the “sex thing” when Venus was in Libra perhaps you should throw cold water on it now – so to speak. A good sex life is healthy but sexual obsessives are often as weak and undetermined as addicts. This is a time when lurid “dirty old men” gain strength. Watch out for them!

Venus in Sagittarius

I think that while Venus is here she’s at her most detached. You’ll find you have no time for life’s luxuries. If you identify this feeling try fighting it. Don’t neglect healthy diets (if you are fortunate enough to have the option). It’s a beneficial time for a holiday – if only you’d booked it when Venus was anywhere else. I suggest you plan ahead as you’re most unlikely even to take advantage of late offers.

Venus in Capricorn

Sensible Venus, similar to that in Virgo but this benefits the long term plans more. The university funds should be topped up or started. Christmas presents (if you buy them) are best if they are long term investments (as Venus sees it). Buy the piano for the children, the guitar even the drums. Invest in Art for financial and aesthetic reasons.

Venus in Aquarius

Time to love the community. Build bridges; put something back. New recycling practices. This Venus position also has a good effect on creative thought and increases our ability to overlook details and see the bigger picture from ours and others’ perspectives.

Venus in Pisces

Keep the tissues handy for yourself and the person you may find crying in the loo. Like Venus in Cancer but more so. Perhaps you should avoid sad films for this duration; you’ll have enough to cope with when you read the news and realise or remember that the world we live in has far too many troubles and woes
