Did you wait until the last minute this year to find the perfect Halloween costume? Well here are some great ideas that almost any store will probably have. I will also share some ideas with you that are easy to make on your own using items in your house!

For the Kids:

-Grapes For this costume you will need around 10-15 inflated balloons (make sure not to inflate them with helium because they might escape) and a purple sweatsuit or something like that. just tape everything together.

-Scarecrow For this costume you will need overalls made of jeans (blue) and a red striped shirt with a straw hat. Also put on some white makeup and get some red cheeks. If you have time, glue pieces of straw to the ends of your shorts and sleeves. You can get straw from your straw hat or use long blades of grass as a last resort. 

-Tin man For this costume, all you will need is a cardboard box, tin foil and a funnel or something close to use as your head or hat. just wrap everything up in tin foil or spray paint it all silver instead. Putting tin foil on your shoes will add to the costume and make it look better.

For the Adults:

-Robber or Zorro For these costumes all you have to do is wear black pants, preferably not jeans but something else. then wear a black shirt with a silky texture for Zorro or for a robber you can just wear a white and black striped shirt or just any striped shirt would be fine too. For the robber costume just wear a ski mask or put some black face paint smeared on your face. Wear a black ski cap too. For Zorro, get a Zorro hat (you should know what this looks like) and get a black cape. 

Be Bright For this costume, find the thing in your wardrobe that has a very bright color and put it on with clothes that doesn’t match with it. 2 different pairs of shoes, different makeup on each cheek,etc. Be creative and use your imagination, this will be a fun one.

ETC Almost everyone has something in their wardrobe that they can find and throw on. Add makeup and you can make yourself look like almost anyone from TV to your neighbors (don’t be rude).
