Is Henry Ford Worth Remembering?
Here is why Henry Ford is worth remembering.
Henry Ford is worth remembering because if it weren’t for him, it would still take forever to make anything. He was one of the first people to put assembly line techniques into effect. Making use of it sped up the production of his cars and that meant cars would cost less. With the car becoming so cheap, lots of people could afford it and then could travel to different places. Ford was not the first person to invent a gasoline engine but he is still probably the most remembered car maker today. He would only make his cars in black because it was cheaper and it dried faster. Back in 1927, Ford made about 81% of all cars in the world. Ford was a great employer because he paid his workers way more than most other businesses. Because his workers were paid more, they were happier at work and made cars faster and more efficiently.
I think he is an important person even today, because he opposed both of the world wars. Once the USA had committed to war, his company produced a bomber an hour just because he made lots of money and he had agreed to it. Over the years he has made and is continuing to make (even though he’s dead) loads of money. I think he was a wonderful influence on everyone.
