A Prepaid Phone Plan That Suits Your Needs

A Prepaid Phone Plan That Suits Your Needs

T-mobile: The inventor of the “Fave” Plan.

If you are a member of a national phone company service such as “Bell South” you may be aware of offers they have begun to offer in the last two or three years.  One that got my household into debt was to add a wireless telephone plan to our phone account every month.  You could get the phones which you had to pay for (in my household we received two)  in your telephone bill and for any minutes you went over on the allotted plan you would have to pay extra for.  They didn’t have a top floor so of course our bill ran well over two hundred dollars a month considering we were still using our land line.

After receiving a bill of $1,000 for a month and a half billing cycle, something had to be done.  My husband is an avid seeker of electronic gadgets and he told me about T-mobile cellular phones.  Since our main priority was to be able to get in touch with each other when needed we decided to check it out.

The 5 “fave” plan goes something like this.  You add five names of people you talk to the most and add them to your phone list.  When your allotted minutes (minutes you have signed up for) run out you and the “faves” can talk whether you have minutes left or not; and it does not matter if they are on different wireless services.

We came to like our phone service so much that little by little we increasingly added more minutes and text message amounts.  Now, having run the gamut we have unlimited phone service with unlimited text messages and it only costs us around $175.00 a month.  For the convenience, and because we became accustomed to the reliability, there is not a better phone product we can think of right now.  If we are away from each other for any period of time we just take our phone chargers with us in order to stay in touch.

If I could think of any faults that would be that they don’t add 411 (information services) in the package, you have to pay extra for that.  However there is a new toll-free information service in the United States.  If you want a number free of charge just call 1-800-free411.  Most times you get the number you need.

Thinking back to that $1000.00 phone bill; boy was that easy to do.  Anyone who likes to talk to people can be caught up in that same sort of situation.  Be an avid electronics consumer and watch.  You will be surprised at the different types of time and money-saving ideas there are out there.
