This September (2008), apple made an upgrade to their newest ipod, the ipod touch. The new ipod touch have some new features that make it better than the 1stgeneration ipod touch. the new ipod has a new design. Instead of all rectangular shape on the side, it is round.

One of the really cool new feature these ipods have is an internal speaker. It also has an external volume control. This means when you want your friend to listen to your tunes, all you have to do is take off the earphones. The speakers are located in the bottom of the backside of the ipod.

These new ipods also come with version 2.1. This allows you to play games with your hand movements. Another upgrade is genius. This allows you to find songs similar to the one playing. It also makes it faster to download apps from the app store.
