Mobile Phones
The use of mobile phones and the consequence.
Recent studies have shown that the use of mobile phones can become easily addictive. This constant use of mobiles can lead to anxiety and social problems. When sending and receiving texts/messages, children especially can become reliant or absorbed in the constant communication, and when this stops, becomes delayed or discontinues in some way or another, they can have withdrawals or anxiety problems, thinking that the other person has become uninterested.
While most people who use their mobiles are controlled, excessive use can lead to an addiction.
Along with this, some tests have said that phones give you cancer. This may or may not be true, but it can have damaging health effects. High volume levels, generally over 60%, cause long term hearing damage and this is almost always irreversible.
