Advantages: Fantastic sound quality all-round, sound isolation
Disadvantages: Design is slightly odd
Wow. These earphones look ridiculous. They do more closely resemble wine stoppers than anything else. But they’re not- they are a pair of incredibly headphones- in fact- the best I’ve ever experienced!
The Good:
As with all speakers, I tested them over five tracks of varying audio: classical, spoken word, pop, metal and electronic- these provide a good range of pitch types and dynamic changes. These headphones did well on all of them, classical being the most impressive. The bass notes were just stunning for in- ear headphones. Spoken word was also brilliant, it felt like the speaker was in the room right there! Metal has a high treble content, and the headphones took this well, not to the point of being tinny, but just the right amount so that it was still fantastic.
The best part about these headphones is the insulation technology. The five- layered silicon sealers do look silly but they cancel out the noise on a busy commuter train with ease. It is like having your own heavenly music station around your ears.
The only letdown for these headphones is the design, but when they are in play in the ear, they don’t have tis problem.
These are now my main headphones, and will probably remain so for quite some time. Definitely worth buying.
Summary: If you think your current headphones are good, just have a go on these.
